With Bay Builds done and dusted we’ve had another build on our mind…BUT it’s maybe not what you’d be expecting… You could say we’re moving on from the biggest build we’ve ever completed through to our most petite. This time we’re tackling a caravan build with Lotus Caravans ready for a big trip we’ve been planning!

This one has been in the works for a while now… but the timing hasn’t been right until now. As you can imagine, a caravan build is completely different to a home renovation or new build and we’ve been deep in the vortex of all things touring and travel planning.

Last week we flew down to Melbourne to check out the Lotus HQ, have a sneak peek at some epic van builds currently in progress and made selections for our own caravan build. This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to share more with you all very soon.

On a side note, we stayed at the Standard X in Fitzroy and loved the lobby and restaurant interiors, especially the ceilings of the reception area and the colour drenching in the reading lounge room. A whirlwind trip but always appreciate some Melbourne time and some interior inspiration.
